If you own a house or commercial building in Florida that was constructed in the 1960s and 1970s, there’s a good chance that your sewer system is made of galvanized or cast iron pipes.
During that era, metal pipes were commonly used in sewer systems due to their durability and long lifespan. However, like most metals, they are prone to corrosion, which can accelerate their deterioration over time.
Before buying or relocating to a property built several decades ago, it’s important to inquire about the type of sewer system in place. If the system consists of galvanized steel or cast iron pipes that have remained untouched for many years, it is highly recommended to have it inspected by professional plumbers.
Accurate Leak and Line is the top company to call for sewer line inspections in Florida. We are renowned for our reliable and precise assessments of sanitary sewer systems. Furthermore, we specialize in inspecting sub-slab sewers, which are pipes located beneath a building’s concrete foundation, without causing any cosmetic damage to your property.
Additionally, we excel in trenchless sewer repair throughout Florida. Whether your sewer system requires spot repairs or a complete replacement, our experienced plumbers can handle the task. We employ non-invasive technologies to internally repair damaged pipes whenever possible. However, if excavation becomes necessary, you can trust our skilled crew to perform conventional sewer repairs.
At Accurate Leak and Line, we prioritize delivering high-quality services and ensuring the functionality of your sewer system. Contact us today for professional sewer line inspections or trenchless sewer repair in Florida.
We are the leader in trenchless sewer repair in Boroward and are known for our no-dig approach to diagnostics, pipe repair, and replacement. We use Nu-Flow technology, particularly for trenchless pipelining installations – a process that uses epoxy-soaked felt liners to create a seamless lining inside damaged cracks. This technique effectively seals leaks without having to replace the sewer pipe itself. Trenchless pipelining is ideal for spot repairs and can be administered for sub-slab sewers.
Accurate Line and Leak offers blown-in epoxy coating, a viable alternative to Nu-Flow trenchless pipelining. It is also non-invasive and doesn’t require digging. But before we coat the pipe with epoxy, we clean and descale it first. Doing so ensures that the epoxy can flow smoothly and stick to the inner wall. Once the epoxy hardens, the new lining effectively serves as a brand-new, pipe-within-a-pipe installation. This technique is ideal for sewers with extensive corrosion or multiple leaks in a single pipe.
Sewer lines in homes and commercial buildings are typically built beneath the foundation, making it hard to repair all the more to replace damaged sewer pipes. Fortunately, we can pinpoint and fix sub-slab leaks without causing any destruction to your home or building. Accurate Leak and Line has several tools and equipment for trenchless diagnostic tests that will aid us in locating sub-slab sewer leaks. We can also use Nu-Flow trenchless epoxy coating to seal leaks and give existing pipes a new lease on life.
There may be times when we may have to do some digging if it means long-term benefits for our clients. But even when doing conventional repairs, we keep the damage to your property to a minimum. This means limiting the excavations to the soil around your house or building and avoiding breaking the walls or foundation. We do this by from outside the structure and digging under the foundation to reach the sewer line beneath it. Then, our plumbers will reroute the sewer to a newly-installed pipeline outside the house. Through exterior rerouting, your property’s structural integrity stays intact, and you get a brand-new sewer system.
Video inspection is a must for trenchless sewer repair. We will need to see the condition of your sewer and, more importantly, pinpoint the cracks, defects, and obstructions we need to fix. Accurate Leak and Line uses infrared in-line video cameras to get a visual inside inaccessible sewer pipes. Our cameras have a transmitter, which feeds footage on a portable screen. We push the camera as deeply as it can reach, taking note of the distance from the surface each time we spot a problem. This is how we identify and locate the causes of sewer leaks without digging trenches all over your property.
If you think your sewer has a leak, we can verify it by conducting hydrostatic pressure or static leak isolation testing. Hydrostatic pressure testing isolates sections of a sewer system and fills it up with water. We then observe the water level through a drain: if it doesn’t fill with water or the water line sinks after a while, then that section of the sewer likely leaks. Static leak testing uses the same process, except it involves video cameras (essentially a combination of video inspection and hydrostatic pressure testing). We recommend this test for sub-slab leak detection.

Definitely recommended!Andy L2023-06-29I recently had a plumbing emergency - blocked sewer line (main line drain), twice in a week. I had called in two different plumbing companies for emergency service, including a large one with good Google reviews, coming out but they could not unclog the main completely after charging lots of dollars for emergency. The second one, Art plumbing, arrived with two vans, basically told me that their snake could only temporarily unblock but not completely clear the main. The only solution was digging down the main line, ASAP, which they quoted in thousands. They did offer financing. Luckily I found plumbing SFL as I frantically looked for 2nd opinions. Shimon told me their machine costed tens of thousands and could remove all roots in sewer line. He also quoted a very reasonable price. He and his crew arrived the afternoon I called. Their equipments such as his camera and snake machine are indeed much much more high-end and powerful. I know for sure having looked at the camera images and snake machine from Art Plumbing and the other small company. After seeing the blockage clearly with his camera in the sewer line, he was very confident his machine can clear all roots in the mainline and it did exactly that. The Plumbing SFL team also pinpointed the exact location of the root intrusion into the main and it turned out to be near the city access point. All in all, Plumbing SFL’s equipments and service quality are way better than others I used. I would have flushed thousands of dollars more down the sewer if not for Plumbing SFL. Do yourself a favor and call them first if you ever has drain/sewer line issues.Eric Bris2023-06-10I worked with Simon’s team on getting my sewer pipes epoxy coated so I would not need to replace them at all. You know all the mess you get when installing new sewer pipes in the old way. They are very professional and respectful of your time and space. The work was done in a very reasonable time and by a very good price. I also called them for a second time to get a new sink installed. The 2 times they were awesome and the work was completed as expected. I would really recommend them for any plumbing work you need. Also Simon double check all the work done so he ensures it meets the best quality.Jeff Filegar2023-06-09I’ve been a property manager for short term and long term rentals in Kissimmee for 23 years. In my experience, one of the most difficult vendors to find are plumbers. Very difficult to find one that does quality work for a fair price. Until last year when I was introduced to S.W.F. Plumbing. They are great!!! I absolutely recommend them!!
