I recently had a plumbing emergency - blocked sewer line (main line drain), twice in a week. I had called in two different plumbing companies for emergency service, including a large one with good Google reviews, coming out but they could not unclog the main completely after charging lots of dollars for emergency. The second one, Art plumbing, arrived with two vans, basically told me that their snake could only temporarily unblock but not completely clear the main. The only solution was digging down the main line, ASAP, which they quoted in thousands. They did offer financing. Luckily I found plumbing SFL as I frantically looked for 2nd opinions. Shimon told me their machine costed tens of thousands and could remove all roots in sewer line. He also quoted a very reasonable price. He and his crew arrived the afternoon I called. Their equipments such as his camera and snake machine are indeed much much more high-end and powerful. I know for sure having looked at the camera images and snake machine from Art Plumbing and the other small company. After seeing the blockage clearly with his camera in the sewer line, he was very confident his machine can clear all roots in the mainline and it did exactly that. The Plumbing SFL team also pinpointed the exact location of the root intrusion into the main and it turned out to be near the city access point. All in all, Plumbing SFL’s equipments and service quality are way better than others I used. I would have flushed thousands of dollars more down the sewer if not for Plumbing SFL. Do yourself a favor and call them first if you ever has drain/sewer line issues.

I worked with Simon’s team on getting my sewer pipes epoxy coated so I would not need to replace them at all. You know all the mess you get when installing new sewer pipes in the old way. They are very professional and respectful of your time and space. The work was done in a very reasonable time and by a very good price. I also called them for a second time to get a new sink installed. The 2 times they were awesome and the work was completed as expected. I would really recommend them for any plumbing work you need. Also Simon double check all the work done so he ensures it meets the best quality.
